Texas Feast (Pack)

The Texas Feast is one of our best selling packages. 

This larger than life pack includes a whole USDA Prime brisket, one package of our Jalapeño Sausage, one package of our Texas Sausage; feeds up to 12. Comes with 2 bottles of tangy sauce. Update : We have now added 6 TX Twinkies to this great set. 

Brisket Info

At Hutchins BBQ we believe in making the best brisket possible. Our brisket has been wet aged for 45 days and seasoned with our signature brisket seasoning. To get that perfect melt-in-your-mouth flavor we smoke our brisket low and slow in our wood burning pits for 18 hours.

Our whole prime brisket (5.5 lb. average) serves 10-12 people. It comes vacuum sealed and semi-frozen in an insulated cooler box with food grade ice packs. Reheating instructions are included. 

Jalapeño Sausage Info

At Hutchins BBQ we believe in making the best sausage possible. We start with cuts of prime meats, using the finest fresh spices, hand-picked Texas jalapeños and aged cheddar cheese. Our sausage is made fresh daily in small batches and smoked to perfection with pecan and oak wood. Ya'll enjoy!

Each jalapeno cheddar sausage order includes 2 lbs., which serves 4 - 6 people.

 TX Twinkies Info

A half dozen of our famous Texas Twinkies. A large jalapeño stuffed with cream cheese and our smoked brisket; wrapped in thick-cut bacon. These have been widely requested online and we are now proud to offer them!

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFO:

All smoked meats will be shipped Tuesday mornings only, orders placed on a Tuesday or later will be shipped the following Tuesday. Expect delivery two days from ship date. On the day you place your order, it will NOT ship out until the following Tuesday. Please understand we have to cook, cool, wrap, and freeze all meats ordered so the process does take time.
